Obesity rates have risen to nearly epidemic proportions, and many people are asking, “How can I lose this weight?” While many decide to join a fitness club or gym, they often do not continue because health problems prevent them from fully becoming habitual exercisers. One reason for this is that most people neglect to realize the vital relationship between nutrition and weight loss in general.
