Human beings like to delude themselves and the fact that they understand what makes up a healthy lifestyle do to the influence of the media gives them something to regurgitate in conversation so that they sound knowledgeable. The reality for many people is that they want to be healthy but do not have the drive to make it a reality other than the yearly new years resolution. Many women will have their healthy light bulb moment when they are with child and vow to learn how to be healthy durning pregnancy.
