Heavy smokers these days find quitting very difficult. One reason mainly is the presumption that when you quit smoking you’ll gain weight. Unfortunately, smokers use this fact to justify continuing to smoke. But this weight gain isn’t unavoidable. There are clinical facts why this circumstance happens, but it seems that looking thin is much more important to heavy smokers than their overall health.
